differences between kort 0.0.3.3 vs 0.0.3.4

- documentation change
- keypad(w,TRUE) is now set for pop-up windows so hitting a function
  key in response to such window does not mess up everything(?) from
  that point on
- it seems like wcswidth() function takes 2 arguments instead of 1. 
  I wonder who supplied the version that took only 1 and was used
  and was nonfunctional.. this is now fixed so that the 
  wcswidth(wchar_t *, int) is used and it seems to work ok.
